Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon–Ultra Prism Trading Play Cards

Bleeding Cool's adventure through the Pokémon Trading Card Game's Sun & Moon period continues. We now go on to a set that introduced a new card type to the Pokémon TCG, after our spotlight series on the previous three sets of this block (Sun & Moon base, Guardians Rising, and Burning Shadows). Prism Stars were introduced to the hobby with the release of Sun & MoonUltra Prism on February 2nd, 2018. This type of holographic card may be inserted into the reverse holo slot, resulting in a very exciting pack-opening experience. One of the most precious and sought-after cards from the Sun & Moon era is included in this set. Let's finish our tour by counting down the Top 10 cards in the set, beginning with slots.

Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon–Ultra Prism Trading Play Cards

Glaceon GX Full Art & Leafeon GX Full Art: 10 & 9 We'll start with a tie. The set's Eeveelutions are tied for 9th and 10th place. Despite the fact that the Sun & Moon era limited the reach of their Full Arts by limiting the backdrops to type-based colours, the feel of these cards lifts them above what the digital photographs above can reveal. They're stunning cards, and the way the Pokémon Trading Card Game connected the Eeveelutions through Sun & Moon base, Guardians Rising, and eventually Ultra Prism made for an exciting pursuit for Eevee aficionados. Isn't it the case for everyone?

8 – Lunala Prism Star: This collection was the first to use Prism Stars, and Lunala's art, with its clean lines and brilliant colours, was my favourite. It just gleams as brightly as a diamond.

7 – Cynthia Full Art Trainer Supporter: Ultra Prism is renowned for having a large assortment of Full Art Trainers, so you know there's going to be a lot of action if a chase card like Cynthia is only in the seventh position.

6 – Gardenia Full Art Trainer Supporter: Gardenia may not be as well-known as some of the other trainers in the set, but she exudes such joy and optimism that I gave her a high rating. This is a fantastic card, complete with a painterly backdrop that I wish Full Art Pokémon of this era might have had.

Find, the spotlight on Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon – Ultra Prism continues with the top five Pokémon cards of the set. To follow this series,
